5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Vehicle Return

  • Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time at the designated location. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • The renter is responsible for ensuring the fuel level matches the level provided at the time of pick-up.

7. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Transporting hazardous or illegal materials.
  • Driving the vehicle outside the designated geographic area without prior approval.
